March 4, 2026

In 2025, Mantese Honigman, PC recovered $131 million in business law litigation — more than any other firm in Michigan, as reported by Michigan Lawyers Weekly in its March 2, 2026 edition. If class actions are included, Mantese Honigman obtained a total of $231 million.  Among the firm’s successes were cases filed for oppressed shareholders and LLC members being treated unjustly by the control group, breach of fiduciary duty cases, and an historic class action filed by MH to improve Michigan’s Medicaid system and improve the lives of 100,000 adolescents in need of mental health care.  The MH members fighting for these successes include Gerard Mantese, David Honigman (not pictured), Ian Williamson, Doug Toering, Theresamarie Mantese, Terry Osgood, Kathryn Eisenstein, Emily Fields and Brian Markham.
