Patrick Klida, a seasoned litigator licensed to practice law in Michigan, has successfully represented corporations, business owners, licensed professionals, and individuals in a wide range of complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Mr. Klida graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 2014. During law school, he served as an Academic Research Assistant to Jocelyn Benson. Following graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Prentis Edwards, Jr. of the Third Judicial Circuit of Michigan.

After his clerkship, Mr. Klida gained diverse experience working in various legal settings, including at a prominent law firm and most recently as a partner at a Detroit-area boutique business law firm. In 2024, he joined Mantese Honigman, where he handles complex business litigation, focusing on shareholder disputes, fiduciary duties, and commercial contracts.
