Professional Experience

Brian Markham joined the firm as an associate after receiving his law degree from Wayne State University Law School. Prior to law school, Mr. Markham earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting from Wayne State University, where he graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

Mr. Markham has a long history in the legal profession, in which he worked his way from the file room to graduating third in his law school class. While attending law school (during which he received numerous academic honors), Mr. Markham worked as a full-time paralegal, concentrating in trademark law. He was an Assistant Editor on the 2019-2020 Wayne Law Review and his student note, which received the editorial board’s “Superior Note” award, was published in the Wayne Law Review in 2021.
