Jack Horas represents businesses and individuals in complicated commercial litigation. He focuses his practice on complex cases including minority shareholder rights, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements, trade secrets misappropriation, and other business disputes. Mr. Horas is well-respected in his community and among his peers. He has been awarded the AV Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
